Angelina is a passionate product manager and inclusion and diversity leader. Her experience as a product manager includes launching digital automation features, “on-demand” products, media products, monthly installments across internal and external organizations, and more. In addition to launching products, she sits on the University of Washington’s Product Management Center Board of Directors
As an inclusion and diversity advocate, she led Amazon’s Black Employee Network (BEN), founded and launched inaugural initiatives such as the Black Excellence Gala, BEN Startup Week (co-founder), and the BEN Scholarship. Angelina has consulted senior leaders on company-wide initiatives, internal and external DEI communication, and more.

Lead Digital Video Games on-site personalization project to re-imagine the product detail page and search customer experience (CX)
Global product management lead for customer discovery which includes Amazon Search and video game product detail pages
Launched just-in-time product key retrieval process where DSV is able to pull product keys from vendor API at time of customer purchase, reducing digital inventory
Launched Xbox All Access by working across 5+ workstreams, 10+ internal and external partner teams which enabled customers to apply for a 24-month installment program for an Xbox console and digital subscription
Launched a new media program with a $100M+ entitlement that ingested digital media and converted it into physical products
Created Product Management Intake SOP, Business Requirements Doc (BRD) template and launched PM Office Hours for new projects

BEN Black Excellence Gala - provides $10K+ in scholarships to organizations that are dedicated to STEM education for Black youth.
BEN Scholarship - In 2021 Amazon launched the BEN Scholarship to assist high school seniors who plan to pursue a computer science or supply chain-related field of study and career. Recipients receive $5,000 per year for four years for college, plus a connection to industry mentors and peers from Amazon’s Black Employee network.
BEN Rise Program - an eight month program that leverages the power of connection, coaching, and informal sponsorship to accelerate the success of future Black leaders at Amazon.
