Angelina (she/her/hers) is a Senior Product Manager (PM) at Amazon. She owns the domain/roadmap across seven marketplaces for video game customer discovery which includes the customer shopping journey from search, product detail page, and checkout. She has launched media products such as Twitch Live on Amazon product pages and Xbox All Access. Angelina transitioned into product management in 2017 and has been passionate about not only learning and building inclusive products, but also increasing the representation of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) in product management.

Outside of her PM role, she is the former President and current advisor of the Black Employee Network (BEN), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Amazon. Angelina has played a critical role in partnering with Amazon’s senior leadership as the company navigates the racial reckoning the United States is facing. She serves as a key partner in working with leadership on how Amazon can help shift the culture to continue to support Black employees and the community – from participating in senior leadership listening circles to facilitating the Courageous Conversations series in the weeks that followed George Floyd’s murder. She led the team of Black employees who guided the company on where to direct $10M in funding for organizations supporting social justice and racial equity, in addition to the subsequent $17M resulting from a highly successful employee match program. She focuses on being an advocate for inclusion and diversity, driving different initiatives and programs internally/externally, advising Amazon’s senior leaders, and growing a community inside and outside of Amazon. In 2020 she was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 honoree for her work and in 2021 she was named Black Enterprise 40 Under 40.

In addition to her work at Amazon she is a blogger, freelance instructor, adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas, advisory board member for the University of Washington’s Product Management Center, speaker, and corporate diversity consultant.

Angelina graduated from Colorado State University's College of Business as a first generation student with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) concentrating in corporate finance and supply chain management. She received her Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) and Certified Lean Master (CLM) certifications from ISCEA prior to graduation. In 2021 she was named the Distinguished Alumni of the Last Decade (Gold Award). She loves history and geography.
