I want to provide insights into product management with a focus on increasing representation, and making accessibility the “norm” for all products.

Professional

Angelina (she/her/hers) is currently a Senior Product Manager (PM) at Amazon where she drives product features and roadmap prioritization for Digital Software & Video Games (DSV). She owns the domain/roadmap for customer discovery which includes the customer shopping journey from search, product detail page, and checkout. Angelina transitioned into product management in 2015 and has been passionate about not only increase accessibility in all products, but also increasing the knowledge and representation of product management. Outside of her PM role, she is the President of the Black Employee Network (BEN), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Amazon. She focuses on being an advocate for inclusion and diversity, driving different initiatives and advising Amazon’s senior leaders, providing impactful programming, and growing a community inside and outside of Amazon.

In addition to her work at Amazon she is a freelance instructor, adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas, speaker, and business and corporate diversity consultant. You can learn more about her experience here.

COLLEGIATE

Angelina graduated from Colorado State University's College of Business as first generation student with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) concentrating in corporate finance and supply chain management. She received her Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) and Certified Lean Master (CLM) certifications from ISCEA prior to graduation. She was very active on campus where she was the Public Relations Director and Secretary for the Black Student Alliance, Vice President of the APICS Supply Chain Club, member of the Business Diversity & Leadership Alliance, and active case competition participant where her team won first place in the Ptake Prize Supply Chain Case Competition and second place in the General Motors Supply Chain Case Competition.
