Angelina (she/her/hers) is an experienced product management and business development leader, with 10+ years in the tech industry. She has led consumer and enterprise product development and managed product and program management teams, working with Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Honda, and BMW.
She is currently Technical Product Business Development leader (BDM) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she leads pan-Amazon strategic generative AI pursuits within the mobility industry. Her experience spans launching and growing e-commerce brands, developing consumer shopping experiences, and implementing EV charging infrastructure solutions. Passionate about inclusivity within product development, she advocates for developing equitable solutions while providing GTM brand strategy for media startups and entrepreneurs, helping them secure speaking engagements and valuable partnerships.
In addition to her BDM role, she is the former President and current advisor of the Black Employee Network (BEN), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Amazon. Angelina has played a critical role in partnering with Amazon's senior leadership as the company navigates the racial reckoning the United States is facing. She led a company-wide broadcast with Amazon's CEO, Andrew Jassy, and former WW Consumer CEO, Jeff Wilke, to discuss Amazon's new inclusion goals for employees and customers. She serves as a key partner in working with leadership on how Amazon can help shift the culture to continue to support Black employees and the community – from participating in senior leadership listening circles to facilitating the Courageous Conversations series in the weeks that followed George Floyd's murder. She led the team of Black employees who guided the company on where to direct $10M in funding for organizations supporting social justice and racial equity, in addition to the subsequent $17M resulting from a highly successful employee match program. She focuses on being an advocate for inclusion and diversity, driving different initiatives and programs internally/externally, advising Amazon's senior leaders, and growing a community inside and outside of Amazon. In 2020 she was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 honoree for her work and in 2021 she was named Black Enterprise 40 Under 40.
